Our Customer-Friendly Returns Policy

At DearMx, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're here to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. We believe this gives you ample time to try on your new clothes and make sure they're perfect for you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, no questions asked. This right applies to all items, including those on sale.

What Can Be Returned?

Most items can be returned, provided they are:
- In the same condition as you received them
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used intimate apparel
- Opened or used swimwear
- Opened or used cosmetics and beauty products

Custom or personalized items also cannot be returned unless they're faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at here@dearmx.com to start your return process.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Pack your item(s) securely and attach the label.
4. Drop off your package at the specified carrier.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
1. We'll notify you about the status of your refund.
2. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Your bank may need additional time to process the refund.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at here@dearmx.com

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order. Once we confirm your return, feel free to make a new purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a full refund. In these cases, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
